Our Story

Crafted out of sheer Westside flair and a twenty year trajectory, Thyme Restaurant is a concept reimagined by a couple of couples with an affinity for food, wine and our beautiful Upper Westside neighborhood. It took laughter, conversation and emotion over many dinners to evolve this restaurant into what you see now. I made a reservation for my birthday online. I was looking for a modern, upscale restaurant which had good vegetarian options and Thyme Restaurant was a great choice for me. We sat at the patio where you have a nice view at the mountains and enjoyed the sunset. The food was very good and the service was exceptional. Everyone was extremely professional, polite and very friendly. They even acknowledged my birthday. The prices are absolutely fair and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great birthday dinner.
